The Law Offices of Beverly Pekala
Creating America's Divorce Handicapper

Attorney Beverly Pekala is one of the Midwest's premier family relations attorneys and the author of "Don't Settle for Less, a Guide to Divorce."  She had appeared on the Oprah show when the book was released, had a radio program on WCKG and was quoted on and off in the local press.  Business was steady, but she needed a BIG Idea to push her ahead of the competition and differentiate her from the other sharks in the sea.

We positioned Beverly Pekala as "America's Divorce Handicapper," an authority who comments on celebrity marriages and divorces and their implications for us common folk.  Our first release was issued nationally on Valentine's Day, 2005, commenting on The Donald's marriage to his new wife, Melenia.  The headline, America's Divorce Handicapper Bev Pekala Says Trumps have a 75% chance of Untying the Wedding Knot was picked up by papers across the country.  Ms. Pekala was quickly booked for television shows, radio programs and in newspapers as THE handicapper for celebrity divorces.

We followed this initial release with an aggressive campaign of handicapping  most high profile celebrity relationships including Brad and Jen, Garner and Affleck and a host of others.  Within 12 months Ms. Pekala has been recognized locally and nationally as the country's one and only divorce handicapper.  A series of syndicated columns is currently in the works as well as several other media initiatives.  Her name recognition as a female attorney within the Chicago area is unparalleled in the family law space.
